I've been waiting 3 years to be able to come to Pakistan for a motorbike trip and I couldn't find better than Karakoram Bikers!! They managed all the trip really well with an outstanding itinerary and they make sure that we are safe and if we need anything they will help us to get it. As a middle aged independent solo traveler I’m always keen to make my own way through whichever country takes my fancy on any given year. 
However I’m often daunted by the organisation, planning and research required to achieve this. 

As it happened, early on during my research into my recent visit to Pakistan I established that the best way for me to see the country was by motorbike. 

I had no idea that my initial contact with Liz at Karakoram Bikers would lead to the perfect solution for me as a solo independent traveler. 

This came in the form assistance from Liz, Shah, Hasham, Tabish & Ali, delivering a hassle free solo independent travel experience. 

At first I was simply looking to hire a reliable motorcycle from around the Gilgit region, which of course they delivered. 
However on further investigation and with the offer of assistance and guidance from the KKB team.
I ended up with accommodation on arrival (and on departure a month later) in Lahore, (where Hasham and his wife provided lovingly prepared breakfasts, dinner and tea, if/when required) assistance on establishing public transport to Gilgit Via Islamabad/Rawalpindi. 

Accommodation in Gilgit at their FiveGiants homestay guesthouse with food and refreshments on demand, with a smile was the order of the day. 
They even took the time to call ahead from virtually every subsequent guesthouse thereafter delivering the hassle free peace of mind that I had dreamed of yet honestly hadn’t expected to receive from any tourist organisation.

Karakoram Bikers is fantastic. I initially asked them about motorcycle rental, but additionally got tons of support regards my travel itinerary, visa requirements, weather info, and so on. Liz and the team were incredibly patient and helpful with my inquiries, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting them. This is what it's all about -- no silly hidden fees, just a small, authentic and honest company that is straightforward and down-to-earth helping other travelers have an adventure.

The motorcycle (150cc) was in great condition and I never had any mechanic trouble making my way through the mountains of Hunza. Throughout I stayed in touch via a whatsapp group for updates and advice.

The pricing is very fair for the immense value you get. Without hesitation, Karakoram Bikers comes highly recommended! And go for it -- my 2 weeks adventure on the bike was among the best holiday I've ever had.
